David and his team did an excellent job repairing and refinishing our floors. My husband and I had just purchased a new house that needed extensive repairs, including replacing multiple damaged boards. On top of that, the previous owners had done a very poor DIY stain job, so the floors were in extremely rough shape.

David came out for an estimate the day after we contacted him and was able to start the following Monday, finishing everything within a week—which was incredibly helpful given our tight move-in timeline. His team was consistently prompt, arriving at 7:30 each morning, and he kept us informed by texting updates throughout the day and when they were finished and locked up.

David was extremely knowledgeable and clearly takes pride in his work. He didn’t cut corners and used high-quality equipment, stains, and finishes throughout the project. He was also very straightforward about costs from the beginning. While some aspects of the work were understandably pricey, he found ways to save us money where possible. He provided updated estimates as the project progressed and walked us through any unexpected discoveries along the way, which we really appreciated—there were no surprises.

Their craftsmanship is outstanding, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. We will absolutely be using JAK again in the future! Thank you David and team!
